Our products are made to order, so during busy periods your order may take a little bit extra time to be sent out. Usually all orders are shipped in 3-5 working days with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
Yes! We ship all over the world. As our products are made to order, your product will be fulfilled in a location closest to you by one of our top quality partners. Therefore your order should still with with you in about 7 days after you place it. You will be able to see all our available shipping locations whenever you get to the shipping section of checkout.
We accept all major cards via our payment partner Stripe. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Payments.
Shop now, pay later. We’ve partnered with PayPal to give you a smooth buy now, pay later experience. If you already have a Paypal account, there’s no problemo. If you would like to learn more – click here.
If your item doesn’t fit, don’t stress. We know online shopping can be difficult – everything is sized differently. To try and avoid the wrong sized item – please check our size guides which are attached to every item we stock. There is a link for the size guide for that specific item on its product page. If you do however buy something which doesn’t fit correctly, please follow our returns procedure detailed below.
Need to make a return? No stress.
Please return the item within 14 DAYS in unworn condition with proof of purchase (your packaging slip included inside your order will do for this. If you do not have your packaging slip, please include in your return your name, address and order number.
Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of postage right now – but we are working on a way to make this happen in the future.

Unfortunately, as our items are sustainably made to order, we have to refund your original order before we exchange it for something new. Therefore, the best thing to do is return your item within the 14 days return period, wait for your refund to process, then place a new order.
We know this isn’t entirely convenient, and we hope to improve it in the future. However, we are a small business, and any other returns model is currently not sustainable. Sorry again for any inconvenience, and thanks for shopping with us.
